A Kir royale in its true meaning of the word. We are using a local honey mead macerated with 1KG black berries per liter combined with our own alcohol free hoppy blonde beer. The total alcohol percentage is only 3%, a real guiltfree pleasure. This could easily become one of our new favourites.

This is one of these classic drinks that only makes sense if you have all the ingredients right. We’ve made many versions on it but this time we want to showcase the real classic.The dry vermouth as a wine base to hold the strings together, Kirsch adds aroma and just enouch kick whereas the fresh red currants from our garden sing the juicy notes without drawing to much attention.The outcome is a crisp, clean and most sophisticated cocktail, beautifully elegant in all its simplicity.

This rare Shizuoka Bottling is a blend of their two stills, it has an outspoken aroma with fresh herbal notes and a slight smokey aftertaste. Perfect for this twist on a Bobby burns cocktail where we replace the sweet vermouth for a drier version and switch up benedictine for a rich and aromatic wild herbal cordial.

Apart from the strong stuff, we prepare most of the ‘extras’ - sodas, liqueurs, syrups, infusions, juices and kombucha - in house. In everything we create, we try to use the very best ingredients, sourced seasonally and locally wherever possible. Doing so helps us take the ‘guilt’ out of your guilty pleasure.
