A Kir royale in it’s true meaning of the word. We are using a local honey mead macerated with 1KG black berries per liter combined with an ancient style fermented beverage made from the juice of the ash tree. The alcohol percentage is only 3%, a real guiltfree pleasure. This could easily become one of our new favourites.

First up are the magnolias, then come the dandelions and the lilacs. Before you know it they are gone only to make place for the elderflowers and so on. So many flowers so little time, grab them while you can.

Back in the days, “Etrangler un perroquet” or to strangle a parrot, meant “to drink a glass of absinth”, hence the name of this absinth.
Allthough the drink is not as strong as the other drinks on this list, we love to showcase this rare and often misunderstood spirit. The recipe of the Chrysanthemum as in most cocktails, highlights in a perfect way how extreme ingredients can be used to blend in harmoniously and create a thing of beauty greater than the sum of its parts.

Choosing a drink shouldn’t be a wearisome task; it should be fun. If, however, you’re having trouble finding something you like on the menu, simply tell us what you want. We actually enjoy the challenge of finding you that perfect drink.
Apart from the strong stuff, we prepare most of the ‘extras’ - sodas, liqueurs, syrups, infusions, juices and kombucha - in house. In everything we create, we try to use the very best ingredients, sourced seasonally and locally wherever possible. Doing so helps us take the ‘guilt’ out of your guilty pleasure.
