Autumn is here and it’s time to bring out some of those autumn flavours. We twisted the classic Clipper with some wild harvested Japanese quince, family of the rose plants. As a substitute for the reguar absinth we use a classic Italian herbal liqueur. A heartwarming soul quencher.

About the ingredients: Our own chestnut liqueur made from wild chestnuts and matured for over a year, the vermouth made from natural white wine and herbs grown and harvested from our garden, fortified with jenever. The Schermers moutwine is a cask aged small batch typical Dutch style jenever, just the way we like it.

Choosing a drink shouldn’t be a wearisome task; it should be fun. If, however, you’re having trouble finding something you like on the menu, simply tell us what you want. We actually enjoy the challenge of finding you that perfect drink.
Apart from the strong stuff, we prepare most of the ‘extras’ - sodas, liqueurs, syrups, infusions, juices and kombucha - in house. In everything we create, we try to use the very best ingredients, sourced seasonally and locally wherever possible. Doing so helps us take the ‘guilt’ out of your guilty pleasure.
