Baijiu for those who don’t know is the most sold spirit in the world. It varies in style but the one we serve here is about the most funky you can get, sauce style. Combined with the coffee liqueur and a fermented juice made from freshly harvested shii-take’s we grew ourselves, this mouthfilling concoction is not your average go-to cocktail. It’s a journey on it’s own... Did you know the Black Russian’s origins lay in Brussels at the Metropole Hotel around 1949 with a bartender named Gustave Tops.

Choosing a drink shouldn’t be a wearisome task; it should be fun. If, however, you’re having trouble finding something you like on the menu, simply tell us what you want. We actually enjoy the challenge of finding you that perfect drink.
Apart from the strong stuff, we prepare most of the ‘extras’ - sodas, liqueurs, syrups, infusions, juices and kombucha - in house. In everything we create, we try to use the very best ingredients, sourced seasonally and locally wherever possible. Doing so helps us take the ‘guilt’ out of your guilty pleasure.
