ingredients for an unforgettable Korean cooking workshop.

After a guided garden tour and a wild harvest through the NEW
VENTURES permaculture garden, you’ll discover the rich flavors
of Korean cuisine using freshly picked ingredients, traditional
fermentation techniques, and seasonal recipes.Ae Jin’s workshops
offer an inspiring and accessible introduction to authentic Korean
cooking traditions. From kimchi and fermented condiments to
nourishing seasonal dishes, each session combines flavor,
craftsmanship, and mindful cooking. Whether you are a beginner
or a passionate food lover, this hands on experience invites you
to explore Korean cuisine in a pure, creative, and delicious way.
The evening includes a hands-on cooking workshop, homemade
aperitifs and drinks, and a shared dinner set in the beauty of the
summer garden.
