A foraging walk with Olivier:
Discover the world of wild plants. Learn how to identify them, understand their properties, and explore simple ways to incorporate them into your daily life.
13:00 Lunch/ break/ chill:
Enjoy a fresh, homemade vegetarian 3 course lunch prepared with ingredients harvested from our soil and foraging walks. Seasonal, farm to table dishes, including refreshing homemade farm to glass drinks.
14:30 Workshop 2:
A hands on brewing/ workshop:
Learn how to craft wild fermented sodas using local plants. We focus not only on unique and vibrant flavors we lilke to use in our bar, but also on the medicinal and nourishing properties of each ingredient.
