Expect a day of yoga, learning new skills through talks and hands-on workshops and amazing food cooked over the fire, inspired by our Chilean heritage.⁠ ⁠ 👀 What will the day be like?⁠ ⁠ After a warm welcome with rosehip tea and a complete yoga session with Zaza, Olivier will take us around the fruit and herb farm, where permaculture principles help shape the homegrown ingredients for Jigger’s bar.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Together, we’ll enjoy a homemade Chilean lunch cooked over the fire by Toto and Zaza. Later on, we'll get into our first workshop, making rosehip syrup and explore autumn berries for drinks with Olivier. We have been setting up our own fruit and herbs farm since 2022 from where we are be able to provide more and more of our own ingredients to use in the bar. On about 5,000 square meters we are using mostly permaculture principles to design what will hopefully one day be a paradise of abundance. Planting fruit trees and bushes, herbs and perennial vegetables whilst also rebuilding an old shed into an area where our fruits can be transformed into liquid love. Slowly but steadily we are starting up some events on the location.
